For returns of unopened TAC-PACKS™ please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a return authorIzation number.
VACUUM SEAL: All of our products are vacuum sealed to allow them to fit into a small package. Over time, all packs will eventually lose their seal; especially if subjected to repeated bending. This does not affect the usability of the products enclosed. The contents of the packs remain sterile since the individual components are sterile packed with the exception of the gloves.
Items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All merchandise must be in it's original condition with no visible marks. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All international sales are final and no refunds are allowed. Sales receipt must accompany the returned merchandise.
Do not open shipping packages with a knife or any other sharp instrument as the TAC-PACKS™ are vacuumed packed.
